The value for money at Grandiosa was great, and our room was clean and beautiful. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us with kindness and empathy throughout our stay.

One small suggestion to make the breakfast better would be to offer a wider variety of options.

Lovely place for discovering Montego Bay. Room was great value. In the restaurant they served Jamaican cuisine dishes.

Thank you for the stay - would go back in flash. We felt safe in this hotel. The staff were pleasant and knew the area. Went to Butch's Steak & Seafood to try specialties, it's approx 25 mins walk away.

The rooms at the Grandiosa Hotel are absolutely fantastic! They have cozy seating areas where you can relax and unwind after a long day of fun. The cable TV and free Wi-Fi are perfect for staying connected and entertained. The premium bedding and air conditioning provide a comfortable and luxurious experience. And let me tell you, the views from the rooms are breathtaking! Whether it's the stunning ocean, beautiful garden, or refreshing pool, you'll feel like you're in paradise.

Personally, I found that the absence of a refrigerator in some rooms was a bit disappointing. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

There was nothing that we liked at the hotel. It was over priced for what it is , there were bugs in our room and in our bed. Hotel staff finally and only changed the sheets. Did not relocate us to a different room. Upon check in we had to wait a very long time for our room.

Price and proximity to MBJ airport.

The staff were wonderful, making me feel like family. Convenient location near the airport and downtown Mobay. Helpful staff at the front desk and concierge.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Very welcoming place to stay with good food and service. We'll stay again when our travels bring us in that direction.

Amazing view of planes landing over the sea. Delicious and reasonably priced food. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms. Met great people during stay.

Lower price hotel but quality was as low or maybe lower than the price.

they did not serve breakfast and dinner and the bed rooms needed floor mat

The hotel was clean and the staff at the bar provided excellent service. The daily room cleaning was meticulous, but the room itself was slightly worn with mattress rips. The hotel had a beautiful view and I would consider staying again if there were improvements in customer service training.

Very nice staff. Short walking distance to the strip and restaurant had pretty good food.

Our waitstaff were excellent.

When I arrived, even though I had the paperwork that the 3rd person stayed free IF we were using the existing beds - they charged me an addl 17.00US - plus then for some reason their system Declined my Discover card for payment - I had used it previously in Jamaica - and when I got back to the states - Discover could not recognize that it ever showed as Declined. Not friendly - her name was Grace.
